Milestones in Our Journey: Growth and Achievements

In 2004, Dave founded Impressive Plumbing & Gasfitting in the mining town of Port Hedland, growing it from a small operation into a respected business with a 30-strong team delivering maintenance, commercial, and site services across the Pilbara. After a decade of steady growth, the end of the mining boom in 2014 marked a turning point, leading Dave to close the business and embark on a new chapter travelling Australia with his wife Steph—an adventure that also saw them start their family.

With two kids and a desire to be closer to loved ones, Dave and Steph chose Baldivis as the place to put down roots and rebuild Impressive Plumbing from the ground up. Since relaunching in 2020, the business has continued to grow steadily, with a strong focus on building a team that shares the same work ethic, values, and commitment to excellence that define the Impressive Plumbing name.

2026: Expanding Our Team

Since 2020 we have expanded our team and will continue do so slowly and steadily to ensure we employee team members that have the same work ethic and commitment to excellence that aligns with our brand.

2020: Starting Again

Now with 2 kids under their belt, Dave and Steph decided it was time to put down roots and be close to family. Baldivis was the place they decided to call home and start Impressive Plumbing again from scratch.

2014: End Of the Boom

When the mining boom ended in 2014, the choice was made to close the doors on the business and travel Australia for a few years, during which time Dave & his wife Steph started a family.
