Unexpectedly our old storage hot water system gave up but when Jackson from impressive Pluming showed up to replace it he was amazed that the old unit was 30 years old.Jackson was polite, professional and thorough with his work and left the work area clean and tidy. He was very thorough with checking his work and before leaving we went over the work he had done to make sure that we were happy with the job..
Have no hesitation in recommending Impressive Plumbing what so ever.

Jackson and his off sider were friendly, professional and completed a very good job. They cleaned up after themselves and made sure everything was in working order before they left. I would highly recommend them for any gas fitting/plumbing works.

I have used the services of Impressive plumbing and gas fitting twice now to fix water leaks at my home. Both times the plumbers have always been very professional, polite and finished their work in a timely manner. The admin staff are always friendly and helpful over the phone and I find their pricing to be very competitive and good. I highly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs.

Impressive plumbing has always been able to assist with our home plumbing needs. Timeframe of works, reliability and quality of workmanship is definitely “impressive”.

Dave, Steph and the team go above and beyond for their clients. We’ve had instantaneous hot water systems installed, general plumbing, and a whole roof re run rescue. Also recommended to many friends and family who have not been disappointed.

Good investigation carried out to look in to the possible gas leak & he found it in the roof space., above the kitchen area. He replaced the old T- joint with a new, better one. Hopefully the gas leak is stopped for good.
Good & nice friendly service provided. We are happy with the overall service.

Impressive!! I'd say Brodie represented his company very well and that they live up to their brand. Dealing with burst/leaking pipes ain't fun!!
Brodie came by at the exact time as informed, looked at the task that needed fixing whilst accommodating our request for extra fittings plus gave us advise on replaciing the old fittings, thus addressing our concerns. Gave us a quote, and was done within an hour. Hooray!!
Thank you Impressive Plumbing and Gasfitting. We surely will be working together again and we'll definitely be telling our friends. Cheers.

I had Brodie come out for a blocked drain he was quick to diagnose the issue, and promptly went into action to fix, he recognised he needed to call the water corp for further works and organised everything and gave me great information. I can’t recommend the team highly enough it was amazing, and a great recommendation from a friend.

Amazing service! Rang for an emergency plumber they came within 40 minutes of the call. Jackson was super nice and found the problem and fixed it. Cannot recommend these guys highly enough so reasonably priced as well!

I could not be happier not only were they responsive and able to help me out when I had a burst pipe in my ceiling, but they also worked with me prior to coming out to make sure I wasn't going to be charge unnecessarily for something they couldn't fix. All of this was done and my pipe fixed within a few hours. Thank you so much to the team.

Brodie and his team were excellent, not only installing a new hot water system, but also answering the many questions regarding the new system and other plumbing issues. The only issue being a miscommunication regarding the electrical part of the job which we were fortunately able to resolve quickly.

I must say Impressive Plumbing and Gas lived up to their name. We had a hot water system failure and a young man named Brodie attended. He confirmed it was a heat exchanger failure, arranged warranty with Hermann/Reece, which they approved and supplied a replacement unit for free, then reinstalled and commissioned in the one day.
Fantastic service. They are in my phone now for future plumbing needs.
